OUR STORY

We are a group of students that are passionate about local and organic agriculture and we are working to bring this to the SDSU community.

 

Mission

Slow Food SDSU seeks to strengthen the community at San Diego State University by making sustainable changes in our food system. Through grassroot organizing, we will make the relationship between the SDSU community and the local community stronger. This includes creating pleasure in the food we eat around people and traditions as well as the environment that produces our food. Our focus is to inform the public about how to create a sustainable and equitable food system.
